SPEZZATINO DI PESCE SPADA

Questa è la ricetta ideale, per chi come me, non ha molta dimestichezza a cucinare il pesce: bastano pochi ingredienti per aver un secondo piatto semplice e sfizioso.
L’unica cosa negativa è il prezzo del pesce spada, io ho optato per quello surgelato anche se nemmeno questo è economico.

Ingredienti (per due persone) :

·          two fillets of fresh or frozen swordfish
· flour
· oil
· two onions
· a clove of garlic
· ; salt and pepper

· bay leaves
· a glass of dry white wine

Preparation:

POLPETTONE AVVOLTO NELLA PANCETTA

Il “polpettone avvolto nella pancetta” è un secondo piatto semplice da preparare, morbido e saporito, può essere tranquillamente servito come piatto unico accompagnato da un contorno di patate stufate o da un’insalata.

Ingredienti ( per 4-6 persone) :
  • 600 gr di manzo tritato
  • 150 gr di ricotta fresca
  • 2 uova
  • 1 hg di pancetta coppata
  • 2 cucchiai di pane grattugiato
  • 2 cucchiai di parmigiano
  • noce moscata
  • un bicchiere di vino bianco secco
  • prezzemolo tritato
  • sale e pepe

Preparazione:

Mettete in un contenitore molto capiente tutti gli ingredienti (a parte il vino e la pancetta) e amalgamate fino a dar forma al nostro polpettone. A questo punto avvolgetelo con le fette di pancetta e disponetelo in una teglia da forno oleata.



Aggiungete un bicchiere di vino bianco e cuocete in forno a 180 gradi per circa 30-35 minuti, ogni tanto bagnate il polpettone con il suo sughetto, rimarrà morbido e profumato.


Prima di servire lasciate raffreddare almeno dieci minuti, poi tagliate a fette e servite ( è buono anche freddo gustato il giorno dopo ).
