Ingredienti

1 kg di peperoni carnosi
1 fetta da 100 gr di pancetta
½ cipolla
Olio extravergine d’oliva

Preparazione

Abbrustolire i peperoni sulla griglia o in forno, staccare la pellicina superficiale e tagliarli a falde eliminando i semi e le nervature. Tagliare la pancetta a dadini; far soffriggere in una padella la cipolla tritata con l’olio, unire la pancetta e farla rosolare.
