Pasta with celery, olives and raw


Ingredients (serves 4)

400 gr. short pasta

5-6 stalks celery 2 slices of ham cut thick
20 pitted black olives

oil ½ onion salt





Preparation

Bake the dough.
Meanwhile fry the onion cut into thin slices, then add the celery into thin rounds and cook until the celery is cooked but still crisp (if necessary add a bit 'of water in the pan).
Now add the chopped ham a striscioline e le olive a rondelle.
