Ingredients (4-5 servings)
600 grams of strawberries, not too ripe
3-4 tablespoons of red wine, not sweet
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons
sugar
Preparation Clean and slice strawberries.
Add ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours (better to keep them in "a soak overnight).
This salad is also great for topping ice cream, yogurt cups with whipped cream.
light version: instead of sugar, dissolve in a 2-3 tsp hot water tablets of saccharin or aspartame.
