Level E Vocabulary- Unit 4-6 Review




Gli spaghetti alle noci sono un primo piatto ideale per una cena informale tra amici che sicuramente si stupiranno della bontà di questo piatto, si preparano molto velocemente, il tempo di cuocere la pasta e il gioco è fatto!



Ingredienti (per 4 persone)

400 gr. di spaghetti
100 gr. di ricotta
70 gr. di gherigli di noci
70 gr. di pangrattato
2 spicchi d’aglio
4 cucchiai di olio extravergine
Pepe nero macinato q.b.
Sale q.b.



Preparazione

Then boil the spaghetti in salted water, drain it al dente by taking the cooking water. Meanwhile, finish cooking the sauce with walnuts, longer if necessary with pasta cooking water. When the noodles are cooked, drain underdone and let them sauté for a couple of minutes, complete with a handful of freshly ground black pepper.
