Ingredienti (per 4 persone)
5 patate belle grosse
Rosmarino
2 spicchi aglio
Olio per frittura
Concentrato di pomodoro
Preparazione
Cut potatoes into cubes and fry in oil to fry with chopped rosemary and garlic.
Once fried oil drain and pat dry with paper fried. Put in pan and add 2 to 3 tablespoons of tomato paste and toss them so that the concentrate is evenly distributed on the chips.
