Sfogliatella
Ingredients
a disc of puff pastry 1 potato
2 zucchini 1
mozzarella
1 egg 100 gr.
sliced \u200b\u200bcooked ham 50 gr. pecorino toscano soft
50 gr.
milk salt pepper to taste extra virgin olive oil
grated Parmesan cheese to taste fresh sage to taste oregano to taste
Preparation Peel and dice the potato and cook in a pan with a dash of extra virgin olive oil for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash the zucchini and cut into cubes also, add potatoes, salt and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes.
Beat the egg adding milk, finely chopped sage, oregano peeled, cubed mozzarella, pecorino cheese and diced ham into strips, add the vegetables to cool slightly made.
Pour the mixture into the base of puff pastry spread in a baking pan, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Pre - heat oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes.
Serve with a side of mixed salad.
