Ingredients 1 pkg. frozen puff pastry (already stretched)
300 gr.
of apples 1 / 2 cup or 2 tablespoons cognac or rum
40 gr.
butter 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
50 gr.
sugar Zest 1 / 2 lemon rind
a pinch of cinnamon

40 grams of raisins 30 gr.
pine nuts Powdered sugar






Preparation Peel and slice apples, mix it previously soaked the raisins in hot water, pine nuts, brandy, cinnamon and lemon zest. Do
