Ingredienti ( per 6-8 persone ) :
· due rotoli di pasta sfoglia già pronta

· olio
· sale e pepe
· erba cipollina
Preparazione:
Sbucciate e lavate le patate, poi tagliatele a fettine sottili e mettetele in una padella con un po’ d’olio, sale e pepe e una spruzzata di erba cipollina, cuocete per circa 10 minuti a fuoco medio con il coperchio, così rimarranno molto morbide.
Per la quantità regolatevi in questo modo: una volta cotte dovrete farne uno strato su tutta la superficie della pasta sfoglia.
