sausage and gorgonzola


Ingredienti (per 4 persone)

400 g 200 g gorgonzola butterflies

2 1 leek sausages


50 g parmesan cheese extra virgin olive oil salt and pepper





Preparation Cook the pasta, meanwhile prepare the sauce, cut and wash the leeks, put them in a frying pan, and sauté with oil, salt and pepper, add the crumbled sausage and cook for 5 minutes, remove the pasta al dente, and stop it cooking in the pan add the Gorgonzola into small pieces and a glass of water to cook pasta, sprinkle with pepper and Parmesan and serve.
