PLUMCAKE PERE E PRUGNE SECCHE

Ieri sera ho preparato il “plumcake pere e prugne secche” , è venuto buonissimo, morbido e con un sapore davvero particolare.
Seguendo la ricetta vedrete che riuscirete ad ottenere un buon risultato.

Ingredienti (per quattro persone) :
·          15 pitted prunes
· half cup of dry Marsala wine
· 100 ml of milk
· 2 uova
·          100 gr di zucchero
·          180 gr di farina
·          una bustina di lievito
·          70 ml di olio di semi
·          2 pere tagliate a fettine sottili

Preparazione:

Tagliate a pezzetti pitted prunes and leave to soften with a glass of dry Marsala wine and 100 ml of milk.
Whip the eggs in a large container with 100 grams of sugar, used electric whips at a rate high enough until the dough is soft and creamy. Add the dry Marsala wine or milk used to soften the plums and 70 ml of vegetable oil.

Let cool, cut into slices you will realize when it is soft and tasty.
