Last night I made the "chocolate cake" , a recipe I found in a notebook kitchen of my mother and I was immediately inspired. Unfortunately, most do not remember who it was written, but that piece of paper written with a calligraphy of the "past" has caught my attention immediately.
Ingredients:
· 200 gr di cioccolato fondente
· 100 gr di zucchero
· mezzo cucchiaio di zucchero per montare a neve gli albumi
· 100 grams of butter
· two tablespoons of flour
· three eggs (yolks and whites split)
· a bag Yeast
Preparation
Chop the chocolate and let it melt the butter in a double boiler, it will take only a few minutes, stirring to avoid lumps.
In a large container pour the chocolate cream and slowly add flour, sugar, yeast and three beaten egg yolks, mix well together.
Whip the egg whites with half spoon of sugar, I used electric whips, so you do before and it's easy for those not very experienced. Add the
egg and form a nice creamy, stir from the bottom up, so do not ruin the consistency of egg whites.
Pour into a baking pan covered with parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Garnish with a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
